"The facility is super nice and clean and infrastructure is five stars rated. It locates 15mins walk distance from the central train station. To get to the address you have to get directions from the owner since GPS takes you to another spot, very annoying. The owner won’t reply to my text messages but only through Expedia App.There are restaurant near 15 minutes walking distance but one has to across few busy intersections. "

"We were pleasantly surprised to discover that our balcony overlooked the piazza! This charming hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants and boutiques. This made it easy for us to explore the city of Verona both during the day and at night. We were greeted by hotel staff who made us feel welcome and at ease. Such a great place to spend the night in Verona! "

Despite notifying the owner 4.5 months in advance that our family with 2 small children would need to reserve the 1 spot, the parking was not available. Instead they had partnered with a small parking garage on the outskirts of the town to hold cars and then this garage shuttles you to your hotel. "Fantastic hotel with lots of parking and even has a free shuttle bus to the Gardaland theme park. Room was very clean and recently refurbished/decorated. Room also had a balcony which we were not expecting. Only issues i found was the doors and walls are not very well sound proofed so if you visit when kids are off school then the is lots of noise in the evening and morning from other rooms and the other issue was the hair dryer was not working."
