"Very close to boardwalk. We’re only staid a night. Friendly customer service, and the room very was clean. The room had everything we needed for the one night. I can highly recommend this hotel and we will be back."

"Clean towels and comfy pillows that smell yummy ARE ALWAYS a plus while vacationing, they had both! Bud, Jimmy and Buds granddaughter were all so helpful and welcoming, we traveled as a family of four, we have two adult children and they did not hesitate to bring us an extra cot/bed and extra pillow and blankets… Thank you Glenmore hotel!!! The hotel is charming and be prepared to walk up stairs (4 flights for us) so if your disabled or elderly you might double think this one or ask for a bottom floor. The view out of the windows was AMAZING, you literally feel like your in Greece or somewhere beautiful in Italy!! The continental breakfast was just ok, consisting of 3 types of bagels, cream cheese and jelly, coffee, orange juice, tea bags, bananas & oranges… THATS IT!! I recommend dry packets of oatmeal but maybe that doesn’t fit in the “continental” mix? One of the views that we had of the street and beautiful homes up in the Catalina mountains was actually sitting on the toilet where I got stuck one day lol and my husband fell asleep sitting in there. my son let me know by saying “Mom Dad’s snoring on the toilet… TOO FUNNY!! BTW we were in room 403-Charlie Chaplin room on 4th floor There is no ice machine, they keep ice at bottom of stairs in one of those store style fridges and it’s free, “take two bags up” the owner said, they do keep it filled👍 Centered in THE MIDDLE OF TOWN, you can’t go wrong, Very charming, this family run buisiness is one we will be returning to!"

"Everything was amazing here Shuttle service from port too room and unlimited pick ups and drop offs too the beach and back too hotel. Now the views from this hotel is amazing day and night. And I did celebrate a birthday and the hotel staff was soooo helpful with setting up my hotel room. Breakfast was a full meal great selection. And at check out the will hold your bags until u leave the port if it’s after checkout time. They were all amazing and sweet. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who decides to stay in Catalina island "

"Our stay was great. Room was spacious with beautiful ocean views with nice patio areas to lounge and enjoy the sun! The bed was so comfortable nice big fluffy pillows! Loved that they had a big full length mirror. The a/c worked perfectly! But… 2 things that made me ick was the tub was old and had a little rust on some areas and it was also a little dirty, also the sink was not working well the faucet was shooting water out like crazy so the sink was an issue. I like that they had coffee every morning in the lobby downstairs! Overall I had a pleasant cozy stay everything was nearby there was even a Vons grocery store just 1 block away!"
