The rooms were cleaned daily and always felt fresh and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing—definitely one of the highlights of our stay! "We stayed in the hotel twice, with a brief trip to Safari in between (the hotel was happy to hold one bad in between which was much appreciated). It's a very well located hotel, so close to some fantastic bars, coffee shops and restaurants (Rosetta Roastery, Nikkei & Clarkes particular local highlights for us). The rooftop bar and pool is a lovely spot to watch the sun go down. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would happily return."

"Only stayed here for one night but it was lovely. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a drink and good conversation and then shown to our room. The house is beautiful and the on street parking was safe. We walked down the road for dinner and felt safe during the day doing so. Would recommend and stay here again. We did not eat there but the table set ups were beautiful for breakfast. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Daddy Boutique Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious and again, very nice staff on-site. The room was clean, comfortable, and quite. Plus, the hotel had great Wi-Fi all over, which I needed for work. Next time I come to Cape Town, I will stay here again but try one of the airstreams on the rooftop."

"Mind-blowing“. “Perfect is an understatement”! Very quaint and modern at the same time. Smack in the center of the city. This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff (Martin, Rachel , Bridgette , Claudine) at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, EVERY single worker was polite and offered a warm smile. I appreciated the complimentary perks like water bottles, soft lighting, free sodas/ wine in the room, beautiful throws, candles, plants, fluffy pillows and a view of Lionshead...

"Quiet and comfort! I slept well for the first time in a year. I really liked this hotel. Had a quiet room facing table mountain, a lovely tub (no water restriction at this time) and managed to have a restful night's sleep. Walkable distance to where I needed to be. Breakfast was incredible and chef accommodated my order (half-sized breakfast). Alternative milk options are available. And lovely and accommodating staff. All round a great spot to stay."
