"Hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and seemed hygenic. The hotel is within an easy walk to many of the sites of old town Queretaro. Dining options were abundant. Off street, covered parking with quite a few stalls was available and easy to maneuver in."
"Dirty sheets, bad towels, no hot water, cockroaches. Door lock was very fragile, feels unsafe to leave anything in the room so we had to take our backpacks with important stuff with us.
Staff attention was very good, but the facilities are very poor."
