"We had a late arrival into Vienna after 17 hours in transit from the US. We saw the NH as being a WALK from baggage claim (5 minutes), decent reviews, king beds, and a buffet breakfast. Our idea was to be in bed as quickly as possible after landing. It worked great. We landed at 10:20. We were in line for immigration at 10:30, and done at 10:35. Our bags arrived at 10:45. We walked in the door of the hotel at 10:53, and were in our room at 11:02. Time for a little unpacking, a shower,teeth brushing, and into bed before 12. Perfect. The hotel REALLY is a 5-minute walk from baggage claim. Check-in un unnecessarily slow, given that we'd reserved on their website and they had all the info on us.. Even so, it was less than 5 minutes. The bed was firm. A choice of thin and thick pillows. Good shower. Nice desk. Breakfast was an extensive buffet. We heard no road noise or airport noise. I don't think I'd want to stay at the airport multiple days, but this was a great way to end a long set of flights, and get horizontal with out delay."

"The hotel was excellent- we do recommend offering regular brewed coffee rather than just using the coffee machines. The staff from the front desk, bar, restaurant, band maid service were extremely professional and friendly."

"Brilliant hotel, central for most attractions. Staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly. Room was huge, clean and quiet. Concierge was very helpful for trips, taxis Breakfast young lady was smiley everyday"

"Fantastic location next to the Hbf and undergroud lines. In middle of new hotels and apartments and only about 5 years old. Great bed and pillows and kitchen/lounge. Had everything we needed and lovelt quiet area next to Belvedere gardens."

"It was a great stay, staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and room/hotel was really nice. It is a bit far from the center of the city if you plan to walk everywhere, however, tram and subway are about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. I wish they would have coffee available in the lobby all day, that would be great."

"Very close to the U4 and U6 lines so very easy to get into the city. Breakfast was great with lots of options. New waffle machines were fun and learnt how to use them pretty quick and saw lots of people end up with waffles stuck in them! Downside to the rooms were the doors slamming. Not sure if it was other travellers or the cleaning staff, at times it was a door slam every 6 seconds at around 10am for 3.5 minutes. Staff were amazing. Skipping the room clean for a free drink was a nice bonus!"

"Mooons is perfectly situated for easy travel around Vienna via the nearby Wien hbf U-bahn. The rooftop bar is a must visit on a warm evening. The view over the city is beautiful. They also offer 1x free drink in the downstairs bar for each person, per day if you opt out of room cleaning."
