My wife and I stayed here for three nights. The hotel is generally well maintained, clean, and near good location. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The breakfast is great. One little unhappiness was that the room was not cleaned by staff after second night. Maybe we need to request room cleaning services.

The TV was difficult to use; You had to push buttons a few times to get a response and you could barely hear the TV no mater how much you turned up the volume. The valve in the shower needs repair; after switching to the overhead showerhead the lower faucet continued to run causing the bathtub to collect water. The breakfast was great, I just have one suggestion to keep the butter out of the fridge so it is spreadable. The water dispenser holder needs to be cleaned badly, mold was spotted. There was trash from another guest on the back patio, including in an empty planter. There weren't any towels in the pool area.

The bed was very comfortable and lot of pillows to suit all kinds of softness. No smelly corridors and the room was very spacious. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our one night stay here. The small paint peeling on bathroom door and tub didn’t bother us at all. Very few hotels offer a water bottle and shower cap etc kind of amenities these days. I will definitely book here every time we visit Austin.

The property needs maintenance. Peeling paint in room. Generally clean. Stains on white cover. Sheets thin and well worn. Front desk staff nice. Breakfast average. I understand the eco rule of not changing sheets & towels every day. We had no service day Sat. Took washcloths & towels & did not replace them on Sun. The shower does not work properly. Half water from shower head half from tub.

This location is always very well kept. It is always clean and the staff are always helpful, friendly and on point. The rooms are in very good condition and very clean. The breakfast is very sufficient and has a rotating menu if you stay more than a few days.

I received two texts that if I needed anything, just reply. No one ever came. Our bathroom had two toilet paper dispensers that didn't have a whole roll between them. We requested toilet paper twice and never received it. The rooms seemed clean but a lot of the furniture had stains on them. Also, a cockroach came out from the headboard on the wall. Staff not very friendly or helpful.
