Definitely works if you need 2 isolated rooms when traveling as a family with a teenager. Kitchen with vessels, fridge, washer dryer etc if you use them 😀. Parking wasn’t included and it costs 45$ per night.

Convenient and spacious accommodations in an apartment building. Good for people who aren't looking for typical hotel amenities (like a front desk or concierge) because there aren't any, but for space and location, we thought it was well worth it.

Amazing location, great stocking in the house to be able to stay for a whole week. Love the ability to use the balcony although wish was slightly bigger. Some updates need to bathroom shower and tub. But didnt change how great the stay was.

I came to Austin for several reasons, all of which were available and walkable from Kasa. There was actually minimal contact with the staff, but I didn't need to see them more often so that worked out great. I'll stay there again if it's available.

Loved this property. Nice vibe modern. Stayed on 8th flr w view of pool. Onlg thing needed was more towels. We used pool everyday and had to was towels everyday bc only 5 towels for 3ppl amd mo one wants to do laundry on vacation lol. Other than that 5 it was great. Will definitely use Kasa again!

The beds were extremely comfortable. But you could hear every single thing on the street even 13 floors up. There is no service because its not a hotel its an apartment. If you are looking for a hotel experience I would avoid this place. its great if you need extra space, kitchen and washer & dryer.

Suite B is ground level with a lot of noise at night. Use the two white noise devices that are in the room, they’re there for a reason. Water from shower puddles on bathroom floor and hot water’s gone after a few minutes. Property maintenance let me know they’ve received this complaint before from other guests, but they’re not able to do anything about it. Kasa is no help either. The gym and pool area are pretty fantastic though. The location is great. And Austin overall is an incredible place to visit!

Stayed for three nights and would say overall it was just fine. It was an amazing location and check in was easy, but I wasn’t expecting it to essentially be a unit in an apartment building. I’ve stayed at other aparthotels where the majority is like a hotel or half the building is clearly for residents and the other for guests. I just felt like I was sleeping in someone’s apartment. At face value it was nice, but the closer you looked the cracks started showing. We had an issue with the shower making loud noise and they did come to fix it, but in the process left a lot of dirt/debris around the tub and didn’t clean it up. There was dust coating the bathroom air vent and little things that indicated it may not be as nice as we expected. Definitely not a bad stay but I’d rather pay more for an actual hotel.

I should have read through more reviews when booking this last minute on Expedia. Like other reviews it was not clear in terms of how to check in. I requested an early check in (2 pm vs 4 pm) and heard nothing back. But the "virtual front desk" was quick to send me a condescending text about a noise alert in my unit when I got back from yoga and turned the TV on and started a load of laundry. I didn't touch the volume on the TV. Just hit play to turn on the Olympics. And this was hours before the stated quiet hours that start at 10 pm, which the text referred to. I am a solo precessional traveler and the text from Kasa was insulting and a bit creepy. Made me wonder what else was being monitored. My unit was right down the hall from the 24hr gym so I was treated to a constant lullaby of weights being dropped on the floor PAST quiet hours. On a positive note I liked the location and the kitchen was well equipped for my needs. As background I have stayed in this type of third-party accommodation before and rate Kasa lower than the other well-known companies.

Room was ok. Sheets were clean, floor was swept, bathrooms clean. The floor could have afforded a mop job. The couch was a bit stiff. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The fridge came in handy. Plates and dishes were all clean when we arrived and everything was well organized. No parking was a bummer. Had to pay per day in the garage where there is limited public parking.

This is a nice building of apartments but the studio rooms available on Expedia are street level looking our directly at eye level onto a busy sidewalk. You must have your shades completely drawn at all times or every person passing by can see your bed. The room I stayed in was incredibly noisy at all hours. And to be clear, it is not a hotel, there is no one on site to help with issues.

Kasa lady bird was a wonderful stay. The studio was clean and very cozy. Having a washer/dryer was great since I stayed for a few days. The place itself was safe and there’s a grocery story on the first floor which was super convenient for things I needed. Highly recommended!
