"I really enjoyed the "hands-off" experience of Kasa. There wasn't anything extra I needed. The virtual concierge was perfect for my preferred style of travel. The only downside is the noise on weekends from the bar next door. This is not the location's fault and they have provided earplugs and sound machines to help combat it. I was able to get good sleep thanks to those amenities. I would stay there again, I love the 6th street vibe of restaurants and coffeeshops."

"Rooms smell of humidity, carpet and mirrors super dirty. Walls of bathroom not uniformly painted. Was told the night before that I could leave my bag in the store room for a couple of hours but on the checkout the other porter told me no, there was no space for my back pack! So I had to leave with my bag around Austin! "

"The hotel is very old and the bedroom had a BAD ODOR. It smelled like an old storage room that hasn’t been opened in 20 years. Would not recommend. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and overall the hotel is very dated. The bathroom mirror and amenities were all dirty with water stains. "
