"Good quality to value ratio hotel for downtown/ Rainey Street area of Austin. Can be a little noisy due to the Rainey Street bars / restaurants. However, during the week, the music finishes around 12am. Also, if you get a high floor it will be quieter. Highly recommended. I would stay again if I visited that area of Austin."

"So many unexpected fees. There is a $75 deposit required additional to your room to make sure you aren't smoking in your room. I chose a non smoking room. Valet parking is mandatory! You are not allowed to park your own car and it costs 20 to 45 dollars for it that's not included. You dont have access to your car at night because they lock the keys in the lobby. Not very securely either. Anyone has access to that cabinet. Didn't even go in the room. While we were leaving several people were trying to get a different room because there was blood on the sheets and it was dirty. Never staying here again."
