Top Austin Hotel Reviews

Cambria Hotel Austin Downtown
8/10 Good
"Didn’t like all the noise at night because of the traffic. That would be the only reason we would hesitate to stay here again. However we loved the hotel and staff. The location was great for walking to restaurants and coffee cafes."

The Code Hotel
8/10 Good
"Very Nice Room"

The LINE Austin
4/10 Poor
"This hotel looked nothing like I expected from the photos. The hallways and rooms smell moldy and its dark and gloomy. Theh need a remodel asap. Those carpets need to go. The staff and the gym was good though"

La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Austin Capitol / Downtown
6/10 Okay
"Although the room was large enough with a comfortable easy chair, a lamp did not work, the lights over bathroom sink did not work, the toilet was running but stopped that myself, but the bathtub water continued to run due to the faucet not working."

Orangewood Inn & Suites Midtown
6/10 Okay
"Pros:
-Staff was kind
-Housekeepers are doing a great job! They came by everyday and restocked (I always have an issue with this at the higher end hotels).
-Beds were comfy (minus the bed cover)
-New A/C unit
Cons:
-Room had a smell
-Pool closed 2/3 days we were there
-Breakfast hours were inconvenient for us so we didn't partake thus adding to our expenses of eating out (6am-8am)
-No closet, has a weird built in divider (Note to hotel: This item needs to be restored/Painted or replaced because it makes the room look old along with the carpet. Also the outside of the building looks like hotel transelvania. It desperately needs a painting to something more vibrant. The yellow lights in the hallways make it look tired and old. Maybe also add smell to the main vents. The hotel has alot of potential. It just needs updates. Overall it should have been a little less expensive imo, but all Austin seems to be higher. Im sure the current owners are going to do a great job with transforming the hotel 🙂"

Hyatt Place Austin Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"The room was absolutely amazing, the staff was super kind and helpful, and the breakfast had a ton of options. I 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat."

Aiden Austin City Hotel
8/10 Good
"Decent place with free parking and nice pool.
Good breakfast; happy staff in breakfast area."

Hyatt House Austin/Downtown
8/10 Good
"I have a CPAP machine and the electrical outlets on the lamp stand were not functional. I had to put CPAP on other side of bed on the floor and cord was a bit short, certainly not ideal for me."

Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Austin South
6/10 Okay
"The parking was very secure and easy to navigate, especially after a long road trip. We got to room 233 after check in and found hair on the bathroom wall like they didn’t clean that day. The sheets had stains like they were from a woman’s leftover mascara so I went to desk and asked to switch rooms but was denied because I booked through a third party which is whatever so after returning a 2nd time for a room switch because the sheets had dried blood specks, I finally got the new, actually cleaned room. The pool looks inviting but the water is very foggy but still blue so that was alarming enough to not swim. "
