It was a quick overnight stay. The room was spacious and clean with everything needed. Only drawback was the elevator was out of service during my stay. Staff was friendly and responsive. Would stay again

The reception area is small and less welcoming for the size of the hotel. The doors are not automatic. The air perfume used in general inside the property and inside the room are strong. I would consider a less stronger product

La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Austin Capitol / Downtown
Although the room was large enough with a comfortable easy chair, a lamp did not work, the lights over bathroom sink did not work, the toilet was running but stopped that myself, but the bathtub water continued to run due to the faucet not working.

My stay at the Fairmont was so wonderful that I didnt want to leave. The room was impeccable, the hotel itself is gorgeous and the staff could'nt be more helpful and nice. Loved it. Ill be back.
