Only 2 issues....Construction below our room. Hammers at 8am two of the 3 mornings. Lighting is the 2nd. Our room and all the hallways are so dark. I tripped over so many times because the combination of black carpet with poor lighting.

I love the motel. The only issue is that we were on the side of i35 and it is pretty loud. If you are anyplace else on the property it is fine. Also, the curtains do not fully close and being on the side the sun is pretty bright in the morning. Again anyplace else on the property not on the i35 eastern side is good. Have stayed there several times.

The front desk staff was so kind and helpful I can’t remember his name but I believe he was a manager of some kind, I told him it was my first time in Austin and he gave me an amazing low down of the essential good times. The hotel is so cute aesthetically, sadly I didn’t have time to enjoy the pool area but it was lively during the day and relaxing at night. If you have your own car it’s so close to everything, and ride services are a breeze. It’s also pet friendly with a fairly inexpensive fee!

We got a warm Texas welcome and all staff were excellent from reception to breakfast room. I unfortunately had a sentimental necklace fall off and the staff showed concern and helped me look. Unfortunately we didn’t find it - hope the person who did enjoys it because it was made by my son. Sterling silver.

Unique boutique hotel. Would have been amazing if the restaurant was open. It is under construction so hopefully will be open in the future. The $14 snack and beverage credit consisted of a bag containing can of water, chocolate candy bar and bag of chips. Disappointing. But the breakfast buffet was great. Waffles, eggs, bacon, etc. I would stay there again especially if the restaurant is open

It’s a great little place but the dining room was out of commission (new restaurant on the way). Our scheduled housekeeping didn’t occur. Otherwise staff were friendly and helpful, pool area is a delight.

Checked in late for a one night stay. Daniel at front desk was very helpful and top notch service. We got to our room but the fire alarm was chirping. They switch us to another room but the toilet was not functioning properly and I had issues with the shower. Had we stayed longer we would of asked the issues addressed but we checked out a few hours later.

Solid place to stay with the new and sadly becoming common nickel and diming. This place has rates for 19 hour stays -- check in officially 4p and checkout 11a There's the new bs charge, even if room is available and not booked out, for added charges to get in or out earlier or later. As I like to ask, if I check out early (5a let's say) do I get a refund for the amounts prorated ? Lol These new absurd charges are terrible and ruin the impression of properties. Just charge us $20-30 more and don't play these games - they're just poor form

Building is really old, room smells old, narrow and dark hallways except for the lobby. At breakfast time, the lady that was supposed to serve the scrambled egg and bacon kept leaving her post to do something else so clients were helping themselves , when the lady came back to her post, she gave them a tigerlook and pointed a barely noticeable sign in the wall that eggs was supposed to be served by staff . I noticed some of the customers were irritated and some were intimidated by her. I happened to be sitting across the area, that’s how I noticed. Breakfast was mediocre. I did enjoy the pool & hot spa.
