"The whole staff were extremely friendly very very helpful being Canadians who don’t speak Norwegian we rely on them to help us with the parking. Also to help with the menu in the restaurant that was in Norwegian. I would highly recommend this hotel. We had a room at the top with the balcony looking over the water absolutely fantastic. A highlight of our vacation."

"The staff were lovely and helpful. The room and bathroom were a good size, though a bit more shelving in the bathroom would be handy for the toiletries. The kettle could do with being on a different tabltor have a longer cable, as you had to either unplug it, or move the cup down to where you could pour. The only other issue, is that the main menu stops at 6 p.m., there are other choices for the next hour, then it closes at 8 p.m. The TV also was problematic, as it gave sound but no picture. Eventually for some reason it actually showed the picture, but it took a good 10 minutes of trying all the buttons, getting annoyed with it and throwing it onto the bed!"
