"Staff are not friendly"

"There is no bellman and no valet parking. It was a bit inconvenient when we arrived with lots of luggage. Lobby is on the 12th floor so I had To leave the car out front and go up to check in. The front desk woman was very helpful and met us in the parking garage with a cart for our luggage. Other than that the room was clean. Breakfast was very good but they ran out of eggs and didn’t replenish during the time I was Down to eat. Staff was helpful. "

"Good service. Excellent breakfast with many tasty choices. Gave hotel 4 rating because internet did not work well for a few hours in the evening I stayed. Hotel said the problem was not caused by the hotel but by a problem outside the hotel . "

"The hotel is very nice but the resort is poorly managed. The restaurants food is below par, service is slow due to staff shortages. You need a vehicle if you are staying to get able to leave for meals"
