Before we arrived, she sent us all the information to access the property as well as maps of the area so it was easy to get around. When we arrived, she greeted us at the room and showed us around. "I do not recommend! There is no way to access the property until 3pm, no place to stow luggage if you are getting off a cruise ship in the morning. No staff at all ever at the property, just an email with access instructions that is sent just before 3pm."
