"Location and room are great however it is not convenient if you have big luggages since we had to carry them 2 stories up. There is no person to assist to carry them up on site. They assisted to store the luggages when we went to pompeii park. We communicated through messages. "

"Pretty good hotel with an excellent location right next to Pompeii. Breakfast was consistently good. The AC is pretty weak though. Walking by the hotel outside, it’s no wonder: the AC units are all next to each other in a recessed area, sharing each others’ heat :D I went in April, so weather was pretty nice anyway. Cleaners do a great job resetting the room. Again, pretty good hotel verging on excellent."

I booked last minute and didn’t see the notification about contacting the host ahead of time for booking a time for him to come and check me in.
