"Nossa estadia teve pontos positivos e alguns aspectos que podem ser melhorados. Chegamos ao local cerca de 1 hora antes do check-in e conseguimos acessar a recepção pela liberação facial. Sabemos que a entrada oficial é após as 15h e que a liberação antecipada depende de disponibilidade. No nosso caso, não foi possível, embora tenhamos observado outros hóspedes acessando os quartos com mais de uma hora de antecedência.
