Poor customer service- my partner was dismissed and turned away. His phone was taken from him for ID processing and he was mistreated. We are deeply disappointed in the service- and to be offered no compensation apart from an “upgrade next time we stay” dissappointing. We will not be staying again ...

An amazing, helpful team. I stayed overnight with my daughter after hip surgery as I was flying home to the South Island. The accessibility room was perfect. A wheelchair was provided. The beds are super comfortable with lots of pillows. No requests were an issue. Thank you for a perfect stay.
