The room was very small, and the heat did not work properly. The bed mattress was old and worn and had no support - they need to be replaced. It was hard finding the entrance to this hotel as the main road has cars parked at the front and at the back where there is parking, there are about 30 stairs or a massive ramp to get up. No one asked us how our stay was at check out or we would have told them

It was close to where we needed to go. Stayed in Room 14 which was convenient on the ground floor. Dislikes: small discoloured bath towels, housekeeping didn’t clean up properly, room facing road=noisy traffic, only Prime TV avail.
