"The room was great, facilities were great, staff was helpful and everything as expected, the only item to note that wasnt great was the walk to the carpark - while a walk is ok, at night time in the darl is not ideal and thankfully it wasnt raining, and i didnt get instructions on how to get there via the back way, simply around the road... could be a bit disconcerning for a overseas person?"

"Our room hadn't been set up as we requested, and we checked in after hours. The service was fantastic. Manager summoned and all fixed within 10 minutes. Reception and room service staff were excellent. "
