Even after we tracked you down and showed you to your unit, your husband still managed to carry your lugguage into our kitchen wondering if this was where you were staying. Shades of Faulty Towers, for sure. In the midst of all the chaos, you somehow almost wedged your car in. You just missed hitting our deck - not by skill I might add but sheer luck. Other guests kindly moved their car to make way. It was all quite entertaining but it is a mystery why you would make the confusion anybody else's responsibility. Next time, park in front, come to the main door and make sure all in your group know what's happening before charging around.

Thank you for your feedback. It would have been helpful if you had mentioned that we cleaned up your rubbish and returned your daughter's bed to a sofa, so you had more space. We service our units regularly and other guests expect this. There is nothing strange or uncomfortable about it whatsoever.

Yes, we certainly do. Like every other accommodation provider. It's called house keeping. We clear rubbish, replace towels, possibly change bed linen. Not sure what could be wrong with that particularly for a week-long stay like yours. If there is anything in particular you disliked, please let us know. Many thanks

Glad you enjoyed the Wifi and view. “Disappointing” is somewhat of an understatement when it comes to hosting this guest, given this was one of our most challenging interactions for a long time. The guest arrived insisting her rate included free breakfast. As evidence she showed us a print-out... of a cancelled reservation for another hotel! When we pointed this out, we were told that “the customer is always right, even when he is wrong”. Really? The guest also told our team repeatedly that she was “one of the top 7 business women in New South Wales” and that she was “meeting a very important lawyer” the next day. If her aim was to bully our staff, it worked. We then called the Hotels.com support team who confirmed to the guest directly that the booking did not include free breakfast. The guest insisted that Hotels.com was just as wrong as we were. Yes, it was that kind of conversation. Then the guest threatened with a bad review if we didn’t include free breakfast - which we didn’t and no surprise, here is the review. The civilized tone of the review doesn't reflect the scene the guest caused. We were grateful she accepted our offer to cancel free of charge. And sorry you did not see the soap dispenser on the vanity.
