Hi Jacqueline - Congratulations to the newlyweds and both of their families! Thank you so much for the lovely review - we love the view from our Executive apartments, especially on a clear night. You chose 2 great apartments for your stay. :) Once Jan and I close the Office, we are also on-call for our guests until the following morning when we re-open so I'm glad we could help mum that evening. Hi John, Oh no! That is disappointing to hear! We have 3 Car Park areas - enough onsite spaces for 1 vehicle per apartment so if there were no available spaces, it meant other guests had bought in secondary vehicles without us knowing. We are very specific about the parking to ensure all guests have one. So sorry for this! I also apologize for the Servicing you received - that is not our normal "service" and will be speaking to each of my floor staff to re-enforce this. We would still love to have you back with us, to experience FERNZ the right way.
