"We have been travelling to 6 different cities in NZ and this by far was the best hotel. Loved every thing about it from the layout of the rooms, amenities, courteous staff. The breakfast was included. It was amazing! It had the best value for your money. Well done !"

"I paid for an Elite King room and I got a room overlooking the side of the building where the grid and utilities are. I would think for an uncharge, I would not get a room with zero view. I traveled all the way from America to stay there, so it was depressing to open the drapes and see that everyday. I should not have pay for a premium room to get that view."

"I booked through hotels.com and the hotel stated free parking, which it is, just not on site. The parking is at the Casino half a blick away with a fairly convoluted process to validate etc.
Nice simple clean room, nice hotel - criticism was room 813 adjacent to lifts gets lift mechanism noise all night.
