"This place could be amazing based on its location and layout, but unfortunately it needs some love and attention. The worst feature is by far the bathroom which is utilitarian at best, plus it actually doubles as the washing utility area. There are little things like screw holes in the walls and cheap hooks for hanging clothes which really detract from could be an amazing property. The kitchen is functional and I was able to whip up a decent breakfast with all the appliances available. ...

"This apartment had all of the amenities that you would need for a comfortable stay . The location is wonderful… walk to shops, restaurants, ferries, and even your cruise ship . We were so glad that we stayed here . Great location! "

"Great location. We have stayed in Urban Butler properties and found them to be not well maintained! This property the oven does not work. The last property the refrigerator did not work. Both frustrating and inconvenient experiences. "
