We came with our 4 month old daughter and our heating wasn’t working in the room so our room was freezing and so was our daughter , the sheets had a few stains on it and the room could definitely do with a bit of a maintenance touch up to the doors etc. Other then that the staff were lovely and we’d definitely return

Hotel location is both a blessing and a curse. Downtown location was excellent for walking with easy access to food, shopping, and wharf area. However construction on new underground rail system has many downtown streets closed to traffic. Many parking choices but you have to pay for ALL of them including at the hotel which is the most expensive option. Hotel itself is nice but slightly dated. What gave it a 5 star rating for us was that we had a kitchenette room on 21st floor with absolutely amazing views. I could have stayed on the balcony and just looked at the views all day (and night).

Its absolutely Beautiful as soon as you enter the doors, Stunning white tiles and a giant lobby really gorgeous place to enjoy, highly recommended Rooms are very eligant, stylish and clean. Pool area is amazing.

The property was very nice and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. It was great to have the extra space and access to washer and dryer during our stay. Great location. Very walkable. It was clean, but I’m a stickler and the floors could really stand to be washed. Otherwise cleanliness was good. That aside, I would stay there again.

Great stay despite issue
The hotel is beautiful, as was our room. We only had one complaint - the air conditioning in our room was not functioning. Apparently there had been an electrical problem in the building, and it was not repaired before we checked out. Three things made us comfortable during our stay - 1) we were gone from our room during the warm days, 2) we could leave our balcony door open during the cool nights without fear since we were on the 21st floor, and 3) the desk clerk provided us with a brand new fan as soon as we mentioned our problem.

Great location. Have stayed there before. Bathrooms a bit tired. No room cleaning done but we did book that room. Skirting boards a bit dusty. Only coffee pods free for one day, bit stingy when thinking how much stay was and 4 nights.

Beautiful building inside and out
Beautiful hotel, both inside and out, but you should be aware it is really a condo/residence situation, so while the front desk staff were very nice and helpful, there aren't any typical big hotel amenities, such as a restaurants, lounge or even a coffee station. Rooms are large with beautiful balconies and views and very comfortable beds and bathrooms are nice (although I couldn't get the bathtub to drain properly).

Centrally located and has everything you’d want and need in a hotel room! It’s close to everything (restaurants and shops). The hotel is really clean and the staff are friendly and nice. I definitely recommend for anyone visiting Auckland…you won’t regret staying here!

Perfect location to relax and enjoy Auckland
We stayed there 5 nights and it was great. Perfect location to everything in Auckland!! We loved having a kitchen, gym, pool and washer/dryer. The view was amazing and got so much sunlight! We felt so relaxed there as if it was our own apartment. I would highly recommend staying there.
