"Lovely clean hotel. Bedroom spacious, we had two king size beds. Walk-in shower with quality liquid soap, shampoo, bodywash & conditioner. We requested a kettle prior to check in & this was waiting for us in the room (for us brits preferring tea over coffee)! Fridge & coffee maker. Ice machine on every floor. Pool was clean and warm, most of the time very quiet, no issue getting a lounger under one of gazebos. Room had great air conditioning. The hotel staff were all polite & helpful, the cleaning staff came in every day, fresh towels daily. It was so refreshing to stay in a hotel without the smell of weed wafting in the corridors! Once in our room (6th floor), we never heard a sound, it was so peaceful. Cannot fault in any way. Free parking was a bonus, we knew about the resort charge in advance via Expedia so no surprises there. Can highly recommend this hotel & will definitely use again next time we visit Orlando"

"Breakfast was like a typical hotel breakfast, it was good. The room itself was clean and ac worked. The ‘Renos’ were a little underwhelming just painting over the tub again and again but for us not spending much time in our room it was fine. Water pressure and shower were the lowest rating item in the room to me but got the job done."
