Also, behind the front desk, they have a snack bar and they even had Häagen-Dazs ice cream, which is our favorite! Of course, we had to indulge! The only suggestion that I can give is, please put couples on a floor by themselves and not with 50 kids. They ran up and down the hallway, slamming doors until 10 PM. "On check-in the staff were very accommodating and managed to get us 2 rooms next to each other. The Continental breakfast was nice, but in order to get fresher food, need to arrive earlier. Cleaning staff not quite as thorough as we would've hoped. When they did come in to "refresh" our rooms, they left garbage laying around on the desks and bathroom and only took out the trash bin itself. They neglected to remove dirty towels from the room or provide replacements for glassware and bathroom...
