We enjoyed our stay the staff were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the restaurants. The room except for the bathroom was to our liking. The bathroom was too small and outdated. The sink hardware was broken.

I must say I was very impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel. Every area of the hotel that we visited upon our stay was very clean and easily accessible by walking. The variety of food that was offered was just ok but where the hotel is located you can definitely access other restaurants from the hotel. The Resorts is connected to the Hard Rock Hotel so we dined there as well so as I stated you have many choices for food either in the hotel or directly next door. We were close to the Tanger Outlet and other local restaurants so I absolutely loved the convenience of it all. The only thing that I wish was better is if the hotel told you where everything is located throughly the hotel and maybe what is nearby upon check in. I’ve stayed at many hotels and they usually give a map of the hotel and the area so you know the options you have in and outside of the hotel. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely stay at the Resorts again.

I paid $530 for one night at a hotel that isn't worth the $70 they normally charge per night. The hotel next door was sold out and since we were seeing a concert there, we figured how bad could it be for one night? Well let me tell you... To start, we checked in around 4:30. There was a dirty glass on the floor outside of the room. Multiple people from housekeeping were in the hallway and had to walk by it. It was still there when we checked out the next day am. The bathroom had an overpowering smell of bleach like someone poured it in the shower and didn't rinse it. There was a light on when we walked in. There was literally no switch for it, so we ended up having to unplug it to turn it off. There is only an outlet on one side of the bed so only one person could charge their phone. The bed felt like we were sleeping on actual plywood. The closet was so weirdly shaped that you could not have actually used it to hang up clothes if you had the unfortunate experience of booking multiple days. The door was on side and then you have to press against the wall and walk sideways to hang up the clothes. I have never seen anything like it. There were signs everywhere celebrating the 45th anniversary of the hotel and I don't think they have remodeled since it was built. It is dated, the wallpaper in the hallways is peeling. The front of the hotel on the boardwalk has been badly damaged by fire and it doesn't look like any work is being done to repair it.

Stay was great! Staff as very nice and accommodating. Beds were comfy and room was clean. The bathroom situation is a little odd. There is a pedestal sink and no where to put your toiletries and do your make up.

Make sure to check your room. We thought they were doing us a favor with an early check-in, but when we got to the room it wasn't what we reserved. We had to drag all of our things back downstairs to the lobby. When i told them we booked a king and not a queen , they made us wait an hour past check-in because the room wasn't cleaned yet.. We vitj also got sick from food we ate at the convenience take out. I wouldn't stay again. The slits weren't good machines either.

The hotel and accommodations were wonderful, but we had to wait almost two hours after check in to get into our room. We were told housekeeping was still cleaning. We had a show to go to and didn't have time to get ready.
