For the price this facility, was outdated and very loud. They really need to sound proof the windows, especially since the balcony doors to not open. There are a ton of updates this hotel needs to complete. I will not stay at this facility again or recommend to others. I paid for valet and it took 15 min for them to bring my vehicle around. They made me late to my dinner reservations.

Was very hard to find. Somehow this hotel shares the same building as the Crowne plaza?? But they don't have the same front desk which is very confusing when you're going to the correct street address but the names don't match up.

I wasn’t too impressed. For a place this expensive, the building feels old, the breakfast window is only two hours from 6am to 8am, who wakes up that early. You have to call an advance to get your room cleaned. The staff wasn’t too friendly. I would not stay there again .

Staff was amazing however, however, walls and windows. Very thin could hear the traffic all night. From the 20th flfor sirens. Everything all night cause you're in. People in the hallway property could use some cleaning up and maintenance outside of that was a pretty good stay. The person who checks you in and out was absolutely amazing. And did her absolute best to make sure our state was wonderful.

We had booked our stay for 3 days since it was so terrible, we had cut our trip short. We paid $130 per night this kind of hotel should have been price for $50. We are disappointed by the service and dirty rooms including their ac and heat vent that I got sick there couldn’t breathe there. Disgusting room!!! Please refund my money back

It was very close to North Ave MARTA station. Property is well maintained staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was free hot and delicious. Room was clean I like the full size fridge and stovetop

The young lady Shay was very nice, welcoming, informative, understanding, and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and we loved the view from the 24th floor. We expected a more upgraded choice of television. DirecTV is horrible! Other than that, we'll definitely choose Staybridge again!!! We stayed 5 nights and loved it! The breakfast was decent too.

The property and room itself was great. Loved the set up gave an apartment feel. The main issue is that the ac units were down most of the trip. This seemed to be a known issue for both properties yet nobody on the staff volunteered this information. I was check in with no mention of this. As i got to the room i notice it was hot adjusted the temperature and figured it would cool eventually. After long i was headed out n spoke to the staff who claimed to not be there the past two days which became a common theme. Had that not been a issue i would have ranked higher

Loved the rooms....like mini apartments...we were there because my dad had Triple Bypass surgery at Emory....only complaint wish pool area had been opened not to swim but just to enjoy sitting out there after a long day at hospital.

The only problem I had was the false advertising that the room had a sleeper sofa. Because of this my daughter and I had to share a bed which led to a very uncomfortable night of sleep. When I talked to the front desk they said they were overbooked and didn’t have another room. They said they told management about Expedia advertising the room having a sleeper sofa when it didn’t come with one.

They overbooked and didn't have the 3 rooms (suits with 2 queen) beds available when we arrived at 3pm.....finally around 7 pm we had to take alternative rooms. The young valet guy was EXTREMELY RUDE two days in a row. The rooms was VERY dusty, bedding was soiled, sofa was soiled with blood; pullout mattress was soiled and had to be replaced, one of the rooms had small roaches running around; we requested room service cleaning daily it was not done, microwave didn't work, we had difficulty closing the bedroom door (we had to pull extremely hard and slam it in order to close it); appliances in breakfast area needs cleaning daily...overall a VERY TERRIBLE STAY

Property was in good condition, however the kitchenette room needed desperate attention to cleanliness. The chair was covered in human bodily fluids that had been cleaned but not well. Hotel itself was ok. did not receive information that 2 hotels are located on one property, made parking and check-in difficult. only saw 2 out of 4 elevators working for a sold out 25 story building. Took valet service 3 tries to find our vehicle at checkout.

This Hotel is nice . The door to the balcony had cracks so air was let in . It was cracks in the heater, very dusty, king bed is very small . The only great thing is the free breakfast and the staff was amazing and helpful.

Hotel was beautiful, room was clean and had an awesome view. The woman who checked us in was very short and rude but we enjoyed our stay. I had little kids with me so I was very grateful the doors to the balcony were bolted shut. The parking was very expensive. Breakfast was great, too, lots of options! The pull-out sofa didn't have a mattress on it so we couldn't use it, and only 2 chairs in the place for 6 people but overall had a great experience

The property was ok! I would say that the room I was need needs a bathroom update. The cleanliness of it was fair too. My room smelled like the person before me and so I had went to my car and got bleach spray and Lysol lemon spray because I didn’t feel like it was wiped down. I use to clean for the hospital and was a room attendant at the Hampton Inn in Huntsville, AL, so I know clean. Out of 10 it was a 4 for me also because the parking rate is outrageous on top of me having to clean my own room because it didn’t smell clean

The room was filthy, everything was broken. When I requested towels it literally took 2 days to get them. There was roaches in the silverware for breakfast. The balcony door was literally screwed shut. Nothing worked properly. Not one single person looked happy to be working there. Parking is ridiculous. Asked for the manager several times they never responded. Just pay the extra $30 and stay at Hilton.

This property was in need of some serious deep cleaning and upkeep. We had a room that had obviously had some water damage, bubbles in the popcorn ceiling, repainted sections, industrial fans in the hallway, garbage cans. The room had a ton of wear and tear and the mattresses the worst I’ve slept on in a long time. The bedding was very clean. Has the potential to be an awesome place with some renovations!
