My overall stay was good. The only thing I didn't like was my first room had a smell to it. I went to the front desk and she changed my room. The staff was very nice and friendly. Also, my room didn't have any hand soap/bar at the sink to wash hands with.

Hotel had a stench in room. Bed frame, TVs, and room phone was dusty. I had to call several time to reach the front desk. I asked for extra sheets and they gave me some that had stains on them.

Property was not clean, very dusty, and had a a smell of wet mildew. I asked for extra sheets and some of the sheets were dirty. I Had to make several calls to the front desk to get an answer. It had dust on the bed frames, tvs, and room phones. Hotel had a stench.

I am really enjoyed this property the amenities like pool. I felt safe area around & inside is really nice clean smells good. The staff were really helpful & polite . The view from room was lovely big spacious room w/ sofa desk area nice big bed clean sheets nice bathroom. Also no one came to knock door rushing or slowing down to check out. Very pleasant experience

Would give it to zero stars if I could. When you first check in they give you a page that basically says that if you are a loud guest after a certain time they will kick you out however, they won’t. They won’t do anything about it . when we stayed about a week ago on our trip cross country. There was a party going on next-door until about three in the morning. We called the front desk several times, and they did nothing about it. I finally called Expedia because we really needed to and Expedia contact the front desk and they told the front desk that there’s nothing that they can do about it because “ they are guests too “ so apparently that slip of paper doesn’t mean crud. So be for warned if loud screaming neighbors next-door at night they won’t lift a finger to help and they won’t even reimburse you or even move you to another room like most hotels will do. they can’t be bothered to take five minutes and do anything to help

Our toilet clogged and we told them at 9am. When we returned at 10pm toilet still clogged and they said they had no one to fix it and no access to the locked maintenance area. We had to come to Lobby to go to the restroom. They said no manager on duty and just didn't resolve it. After our 1am trip to the Lobby to pee the toilet unclogged on its own. Unbelievable.

Didn’t like the dangerous parking situation. The height verification steel hanging beams are several different heights around the parking garage. They allow you to enter and then get considerably lower after your trapped, WTH!!
