Loved Sonder! The process is so user friendly! I do recommend downloading their app for a better experience, parking and the building are very safe, and the apartments are great specially for the price. Will definitely stay within the chain again

Property was very secure. Could use some touch ups and carpet cleaning. Staff was very responsive. Dont forget to check in prior. The app did not wlrk during my stay.

Sonder Midtown South was a fine stay especially for its affordable pricing and premiere location in the heart of Atlanta. The staff were very friendly and are very attentive whenever you reach out with an issue, for the most part. My biggest grievance with this location was the cleanliness. When I checked in, surfaces were sticky, there were huge black and brown marks on the walls in the living and bed room, I found hair in the shower that was not my own, and on my last night in the room a huge cockroach crept it’s way in and I had to kill it myself. I reached out to the staff about the roach and despite reassuring me that they would follow up with me to “make up for this inconvenient experience” they never did. I would stay here again but would urge anyone thinking of doing the same to lower their expectations maybe a peg or two.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Sonder. Whenever I reached out for assistance I received a prompt response. The only issue that I had was the person who stayed in the unit above me was noisy after quiet hours and had no regard for anyone but themselves. Other than that there aren’t any complaints.

This has to be one of my favorite stays, everything was so simple, neat and organized. Only thing is getting in touch with security/ front desk. there’s no direct line in case of an emergency, but besides that everything was amazing

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I’m pretty sure the bed frame was broken because the bed was lopsided and uneven. Also, the quality of the sheets and pillows were very cheap and subpar. The sheets kept falling off the bed and they felt like paper. There is no way to control the thermostat either. You can raise the temperature only for it to drop back down to freezing cold after a few hours.

Convenient to midtown, felt safe while I was there. Noise outside the building and perioidcally within the building, though they probided ear plugs and a white noise machine. Good value for the cost.

The location and Cleanness was great. Washer and dryer was very convenient to have. I would recommend a good sign for parking. I had trouble to figuring out where the parking garage was but other than that it was great.

This place was about half a mile from the civic station stop. We ran into a person who was trying to hustle us so we quickly thanked her but declined for her assistance with our luggage. Everything was about 1.5 mile away and centrally located to everything. This place has all the accommodation that you need with the hotel service. For anyone who has children I recommend this place.
