Greetings..(1) The sink drains slowly..(2) the bath tub drained slowly..(3) the toilet was also a slow draining issue….room was acceptable clean & the newly installed elevator was questionable., no breakfast wasn’t an issue since various food sources were close by..
Carpet is very old and dirty. The bead was not done at our arrival so they need to change the room.
It seems they went to some flooding issues and still have to do a lot of remodeling / updates.
One elevator was out of service.
Staff was very helpful .
Good note: They have cheaper long term parking.
The first room was not ready and was a smokers room. The bext room was nice and was comfortable. Only one elevator worked the bar and restruant was shut down and closed off. No ice or snakes were available on 4th floor. Shuttle to airport and parking were good.
Renovating but made up.for it. Staff went extra mile over and over to give best rate, extra hour to check out. No hassle deposit refund. Capable and courteous. Shuttle service almost on demand, ten minute wait. So the pool is closed. Only complaint:vending machine for soda $3. Or2.50 water.
Staff was a little rude and dismissive. Outside and pool area were dirty. Room was not cleaned well.

Beats sleeping in the cold.
It was a roof over my head, a hot shower, and generally clean.
Normally it's supposed to be $59-79. I got caught in the Snow storm in Atlanta and needed a room in a pinch. It was >s200 after taxes at the last minute.
My flight was delayed and I missed my check in time. The gentleman at the counter was professional and courtesy when adjusting my dates. The room was comfortable but the carpet should be replaced with more allergenic material like laminate or tile. I would stay again when I need somewhere close to the airport.
The hotel is older and not particularly well maintained. The bed was comfy but the blinds didn’t shut properly and there was a big light outside the window. The water in the shower was lukewarm. The toilet didn’t always flush properly. It was fine for one night of sleeping.

Shuttle service ends at midnight. Free breakfast was advertised but the kitchen was closed. The halls were not air conditioned but thankfully the rooms were.
I made a terrible mistake by booking a room and parking by the Atlanta airport. It is conveniently located by the airport but the shuttle doesn't start till 6 am till 10 pm.
When arriving at the hotel, the foyer was musty, smelly and had no air-conditioning. There were fans running very where. It was very unwelcoming. the staff told me the AC works in the rooms. I almost walked out because of the appearance of the entrance : loud fans, smell, moldy walls. This was not a new problem looking at the interior damage of humidity. The rooms AC was working but in the hallways we saw lots of mold on the AC vents. The musty smell was bad. The room was cold and had appropriate temperature. The beds were comfortable. The decor is very very outdated and stained. The wallpaper was peeling loose in some areas. The carpet had stains on it and in some places missing pieces. Bathroom was clean but toilet had a constant drip. If it wasn't for the fact I booked this room for a few hours to catch an very early flight, I would have rebooked somewhere else. The website does not reflect the hotel and the pictures are very deceiving. Very disappointed. No breakfast options or vending available.

Staff were very nice. They have to control the roach problem in the room.
Upon entry I smelled moisture and what was likely mold. The rooms on the upper levels weren't any better, they had the fan on in the rooms which helped mask the smell, but it was still perceptible to me.
There are also clear signs of water damage i.e. bulging ceiling tiles, and on the first room I entered, the side of the wall protruded and the wallpaper had separated.
I was kindly given a second room, unfortunately if the issue is mold or moisture in the walls, I didn't expected the room hanger to fix the problem. But the second room also had stained sheets, so I had to sleep on top of the covers on the bottom edge of the bed.
Kind and polite staff, but the hotel just needs a LOT of work. The price for the nights stay was terribly inflated for the quality.
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos online—modern rooms, clean spaces, and updated amenities. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different.
The room I stayed in was outdated, musty, and nowhere near as clean or well-kept as the photos suggested. The carpet was stained, the furniture was worn, and the air conditioning barely worked. Even the common areas looked tired and in need of attention. It’s clear that the pictures online are either very old or heavily edited.
Housekeeping was inconsistent, and several of the amenities listed online were unavailable or not functioning. It felt like I had been sold one experience and given something completely different.
Overall, I was incredibly disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel unless major updates are made—starting with more honest advertising.
