"Stayed there for 5 nights. My second day was the only day I put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. They only came in once to the room to clean it. The phone and tv in the room did not work. I was having trouble with my Roaming and kindly asked the front desk if I could make a call and they said no. Other than that, friendly staff"

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, with each staff member I interacted with being very courteous. The spacious and clean environment contributed to a pleasant stay, in addition to the storage room feature. I especially enjoyed the fettuccini Italian Pasta; it was delicious. Overall, it’s a great place to have great meetings, relax and unwind. It's a 10/10"

"The room I reserved was overbooked by Expedia so I did not get the room I needed. The hotel is a cool building and we enjoyed the area. The room we ended up with was spacious. The pictures that you see with a balcony looking railing outside, those doors do not open. The staff were fantastic, everyone was very friendly and helpful but there were times that they just did not have enough staff for a hotel that size, the same person running the front desk was also running around delivering blankets and towels to rooms. That staff member did a fantastic job but the hotel just needed to staff more people."
