The valet person, Abadue, was AWESOME! He went out of the way to assist myself and small child. He was personable and attentive!

The staff was exceptional and very friendly. I come to this area each year for seminar training and have stayed at each hotel in the area. I was very impressed with the friendly staff more than anything. You would think they owned the hotel themselves. I’m a business owner myself and was very pleased with staff training.

I was initially apprehensive to navigate the airport sky train, car rental return and getting to the hotel. But it was so easy!!! If I ever have to travel from Atlanta with an early departure, I will definitely stay here again!!!

The best stay ever!! I was able to do a late check out, 1 pm!!! At no charge!! Obviously the housekeepers knew cuz not once was I bothered. I asked for a late check out at Hilton just till noon and they were knocking at my door right at 11 am wanting me to leave and were not even aware. It was clean, the sheets were so clean and smelled so good! The shower OMG, soooo beautiful. If I ever go back to Atlanta I'll definitely be staying there!! Soooo, satisfied and pleased with our stay!

My stay was beautiful. I traveled with my teen and it was comfortable for both of us. Easy location to find from the interstate, close to the airport, very clean with cordial and helpful staff. The beds were superior in comfort. We arrived late, slept for about 5 hours before having to get up for our day's plans but both felt fully rested and rejuvenated thanks to the quality bedding and relaxing environment.

I like that it is right in the airport. I did not like that you have to wait for a shuttle to pick you up instead of walking to the hotel from the airport.

Convenient one night stay for layover. Easy to access without the need of shuttle by using Sky Train. Time from D Concourse to our Hotel room was about 20 minutes including train ride.

Room service food was fantastic. The rooms seem kind of dated. It’s an airport hotel 2 mins walk to the sky train, coming and going couldn’t be easier, it does what it’s supposed to do.
