This Motel served my needs, it was clean, comfortable, roomy, bed was comfortable and it had a full size fridge, kitchen sink and the shower was hot and had force. The staff are very friendly and accommodating….I’ll be staying here again👍.

Very clean room,comfortable beds,friendly staff. Dislikes were no sink in bathroom, one light was burnt out in kitchen area and very poor flushing toilet. The continental breakfast is good..

For checking-in in the middle of the night, I was overly impressed with the friendliness and service. Even though my room was only a few doors down, I was walked to it and shown where it was, which was very thoughtful. I greatly appreciated it as I was very overtired and it was late at night. I’ve stayed here before. The kitchenette and full-size fridge are terrific. The motel is older, but kept very tidy and everything works. Lots of parking. Great rates.

Fairly handy to town. Looked clean until I went to make coffee and found old coffee filter bag and dirty coffee machine. What else hadn't been cleaned? There was a truly horrendous chair in the room that I wouldn't dare sit in. Cracked faux leather with rips. Yuck, take it out and don't have one!

I had to call the number on the door to get a staff member to let me in so upon check-in. Not a big deal for me though. The lady at the desk was super friendly. We asked to rent a cot, since we’re a family of 6, but the only available option they had was an old camping camo cot. My husband slept on it and as sore and in pain the entire next day. The kitchen floors were sticky, the carpet was filthy and crunchy, there were pee splatters on the back of the bathroom door, the counters had marks and water spots on them (clearly they weren’t wiped down properly before we got there.) the bedding was definitely not washed before our stay as well. The TV had these annoying ads that kept popping up during our movie. There were only 2 towels available and when I called the front desk to get more, nobody answered. All that being said, I feel bad writing this review, only bwcause the lady who helped us was quite friendly (I suspect she was the owner?). But the level of cleanliness (or lack thereof) needs to be addressed. My in-laws live in Athabasca, so we come here often. I will never book back in here again. This was hands down the filthiest motel I’ve ever stayed in.
