"Breakfast is typical breakfast and good. We booked 2 of the 2-queen beds rooms and it is roomy which we like. The room carpet in one of our rooms is torn and seems dirty. The location is good as it is close to downtown where there are many restaurants to eat. "

"Breakfast was fine. Pool was sparkling. Elevator wasn't working and no sign it would be soon. Wifi very weak. Room was large but seemed to be missing some furniture. Staff was very friendly and willing to be helpful. Had to ask desk for ice."

"I booked the room on Aug 2nd, but there is no reception but a paper with host's number. nobody picked up the phone. They only replied text message. my booked room was occupied (Deluxe Room, Mountain View – The Viognier). And the gust said they booked this sam room couple of months ago (I met with them when I texting to the host). The host said he did not get hotels.com's reservation, but I had gotten host's email confirmation through hotels.com message system. I found another hotel by other booking platform. "
