Awesome hotel! The whole hotel is so beautiful, and all of the staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved that there were restaurants and the onsen and spa on site so we were able to relax without even leaving the property if we wanted. Hakone Ashinoko Hanaori
Great staff members and hotel is very clean. Wish there are more amenities such as gym, kids room and more private onsens. Love the stay and view, located in a great accessible location to the cable car and bus station. Lots of parking lot spots too.

YuYu Hakone - Private Open Air Onsen Usage Guaranteed
The staff was friendly and the breakfast beautifully presented and delicious. The bed linens were old and there was a moldy smell in the main rooms. The toilet seat functions were intermittent and the heater was loud so that we had to turn it off. The property could use some updating.
