Amazing hotel helpful staff especially Fatma she supported us with food even afternoon and evening and refused to take any money from us Supported us with Transportation for everywhere we went made our stay very easy Very clean house . friendly .polite . honest Staff.small market inside the house Thanks a lot for them

My son and I traveled to Aswan from October 28-30 2023. We had a great trip to the entire area and we were very grateful to Fatima and Mohamed who just welcomed us as their own family. Mohamed the driver took us all over the attractions in Aswan, drove us to different shops, restaurants to eat and was always on scheduled to bring us back to Kamel House. Fatima was always sweet was very attentive to make sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay. Breakfast was on time and she made sure we had enough water and fluids to drink for us. Fatima answered all questions we had. Mohamed sure knows his home town. He was faithfully at our service from the day of our arrival at the airport to the last day we left beautiful Aswan.
