"We spent two lovely days in Pau and were delighted to be guests in the Hotel Le Roncevaux for that time. It is an older hotel but is nicely upgraded with all modern conveniences. And the location in Pau is perfect for the visitor. The staff was friendly, courteous and made the extra effort to ensure our satisfaction. I recommend the hotel without any hesitation!"

"I've stayed in this hotel three times now. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The breakfast is fabulous. It's a short walk from the Sanctuary and close to the airport shuttle bus stop. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Beautiful hotel, our room was great. Only issue was internet was nearly impossible to log into. We had to ask desk staff several times to assist and finally night before leaving we were able to get ipads on system. There was no password given to guests, shouldn't be this hard to get internet service on devices. Finally desk staff did something on their computer for us, said wait 15 min, but took about an hour to get wifi on devices. Staff at desk tried, but this needs to be fixed on a higher level."
