Excellent atmosphere with terrace, beautiful view, convenient location. Management on site only until 3, if you check in later you will get a lockbox code to pick up your key but no information on where food may be obtained.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of Assisi. A short walk to the main square. Our room was appointed with many antiques and opened to our own private backyard area with a large garden and a small table and one of the best views in all of Assisi. Highly recommended

La struttura ha rifiutato la nostra prenotazione su Expedia. La reception virtuale via telefonica è stata imbarazzante….. arrivati davanti alla struttura abbiamo telefonato e ci ha detto che non aveva posto ci propone una struttura a 20 km. Non un accenno di scuse nessuna proposta compensativa. Expedia non fa Bella figura ad avere certi partner. Meritano di andare a lavorare la terra.

A night in Assisi

We stayed in the Beatitudes room & it was one of the most beautiful rooms we have ever stayed in. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Assisi!

Hotellet er scoret alt for højt i forhold til pris

Fint sted - super beliggenhed med stor tereasse. Værelset på 2 sal, var stort med 2 værelser og 2 badeværelser og bar præg af ikke at være brugt et stykke tid. Der var ikke rent og ingen varmt vand - men vi fik en nøgle til et badeværelse på 1. sal for der var varmt vand. Selvom vi var der 4 dage, så blev udfordringen med vandet ikke løst. Så en score på 9,3 synes vi ikke machter det vi oplevede - desværre.

Old world charm!! We were greeted by the property manager who walked us through our room, showed us the lovely gardens and made sure we knew how to reach him. Assisi is a quiet town and this beautiful place is very centrally located within the town. This is important as you'll be doing a LOT of walking! Our room included a very large sitting area which was also nice to have at the end of each day!

Great Stay!

Beatrix was the highlight of our stay here. She was friendly and helpful. The room was small but well appointed. The location is perfect - just a block from the Spanish Steps. We would definitely come back.

Live like Royalty.

Stepping through the door was taking us to another world and time. Beautiful period furniture, large character filled rooms and our own private garden with fruit trees and sun lounges. All of this was next door to one of the main cathedrals in the old town. Hard to top.

Cosy, beautiful & local-feeling near everything!

This place was beautiful and charming with an absolutely stunning view of the Umbrian countryside. Each apartment was cost and felt just like home unlike most hotel rooms. Parking is not so nearby, though. The apartments are nearby everything in the center of town on the other hand. The folks at the hotel were also very nice and helpful, too. Highly recommended!

Outstanding experience

we had a two room suite with attached garden on the ground floor. Setting was beautiful with older stone masonry and period furnishings. This room was probably the most impressive that we enjoyed during our month long trip to Italy. Francesco, who was in the office during our stay, was uniformly polite and helpful throughout the stay.

We can feel living in Asshiji

It was very good location, very beautiful view from the windows, very clean rooms and old fashoned furnitures,excelent coloring items and chiafully birds singing. The clerks were very kind. Breakfast was very good and enough. There is a Roman heritage under the floor of restaurant. We spend over two nights, it very good times. we want to stay here again.

A step back in time.

Arriving in Assisi late one evening, we arrived at the front door to their office, and as promised, all was in perfect order. Opening the door to our apartment, we let our a gasp - it was magnificent! While we felt as though we were back in the 12th century with its decor, we had all the comforts of a modern hotel. Espresso maker, wi-fi, fully modern bathroom, two bedrooms (one in a loft), and a commanding view of the valley, all within walking distance to everything. Serena, the young woman who greeted us on our first morning there, and Dante, who provided us with an amazing breakfast and all the cappuccino we could drink, was charming. We were even able to get recommendations of personal favorite restaurants by other staff members, and the food in those eateries was spot-on. On our last morning, we were fortunate to be able to leave just a little later, having enough time for one last quick spin around Assisi before heading down to Santa Maria Degli Angeli and our next destination.

Beautiful room and location

We only had opportunity to stay one night, but our room was absolutely delightful - spacious and quite comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the service very personable and professional.

굉장히 안락하고 아름다운 숙소

숙소가 굉장히 아름다웠습니다.실제로 관광객들이 지나가면서 사진을 많이찍었습니다. 룸에서 본 뷰는 아씨시 도시전경을 볼수있어 좋았습니다. 수압도 좋고 인테리어, 직원들도 굉장히 상냥합니다. 다만 밤 7시 이후에는 직원이 상주하지 않아 클레임을 할수없는 점이 아쉽습니다. 그럼에도 굉장히 만족스러운 곳입니다.
