"The most disgusting place I have ever been in my entire life . The smell of feces that roams and sits through the halls and in the elevator is unbearable and unbelievable. The woman at the front desk was cool . No issues as far as her but my god . The only place you could breathe is at the front desk. The smell of that place once you enter the second level is a smell I hope to one day forget. TERRIBLE. This place needs to be shut down and I plan to report them because of the health concerns that place raises . Not to mention I never received my refund . I Checked out with the first 5 minutes of being there and immediately requested to be refunded the woman at the desk called her supervisor and they approved and I have yet to receive my money !!! This was Valentine’s Day to be clear ! STAY AWAY . "

"The hotel was a 10/10 experience. The two complimentary drinks were a great bonus. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the staff—they checked in twice during our two-day stay to make sure everything was going well, which I truly appreciated. This was our second time booking with Embassy, and it’s definitely become my husband’s go-to. We will absolutely be booking again!"
