"Great 2 BR unit and amenities in a nice location just a couple blocks to North OC beach though far from the Boardwalk. Our family really enjoyed our 2-night stay! The very clean outdoor hot tub was fantastic and just what our tired bones needed! Just make sure maids are always cleaning out bathroom spa tub jets but ZERO issues with cleanliness otherwise.A wonderful experience and I highly recommend!"

"Room was clean. Staff was helpful. The hotel really has everything,pool, restaurant, bar and a gift shop. The gift shop also had necessities like toothbrushes(if you forgot yours) and bags of ice for your cooler. I didn't need to leave our hotel for much. I appreciated that as I have several young children and wanted to enjoy Long Beach days and dining in while allowing them age appropriate breaks/naps. Will definitely be back"

"I had a weekend vacation with my kids who were happy with the stay. A few things could be improved 1. The room cleaning needs consistency considering the beach location and sands is expected nuisance. My room was not cleaned during the two nights stay although the staff were responsive when we requested extra towels and sheets. The extra sheets that we found in the room were dirty. 2. I had to sacrifice my shorts that fall in the unit below my room and the staff on duty was slow to respond or...

"My husband and I booked an over night for the 4th of July weekend. The room was not clean. There was a pair of men’s underwear hanging behind the bathroom door. There was a used washcloth hanging in the shower. There were 3 TV remotes. One remote turned the TV on but that’s it. Neither remotes worked so we couldn’t watch TV. The air conditioner worked which was a good thing but it was so loud. The microwave was either burned or just rusty on top. We would not book there again."
