"Staff was very nice and helpful. Got early check in without any issues. Location of the hotel is excellent. So much nearby to walk to and the beach is right there. Breakfast was good to have. Room could have been a little cleaner, but it did have everything stocked well. Overall a great hotel for the price point and location. Would stay again!"

We were unaware it was "Teen Week", and the hotel was filled with disrespectful teenagers who were yelling and arguing, and gathering in the hallways until 2–3 a.m. We had no working telephone & was advised by staff "that's how they are". "The desk personnel were incredible, the service staff should be terminated at once. We had issues with no batteries in the remote , one remote had no back, we had to constantly bug the staff about towels, and we asked the service crew to find a broom so we could sweep our floor because of the sand . The lady said she had to go get the broom and she would sweep the floor as part of the service. Floor was never swept and when my Wife asked her about the flood she said she forgot . I will never...
