"Clean room, nice staff "

"I have stayed at this property on several occasions. The air conditioner/ air exchange vent was so loud I didn't sleep for two nights. The grassy area to the right of the entrance was covered with trash. We were on the 7th floor. There were terrible stains on the carpet outside the elevator where it appeared that pets had gone to the bathroom and were never cleaned up. We stayed Thursday to Sunday, and although we spoke with housekeeping Friday and Saturday, no one came in the room. It is...

"Room is very dirty. Mattress on pull out sofa had holes blood stains and dead bugs. They do not clean at all. The bathroom tub was brown the staff did not clean up. The bed sheets had blood stains on them. We watch the staff clean and all they did was spray for smell and pass the mop 1 time and said done. Do not stay at this hotel. The manger don't care or the staff. They are very rude also. I have stayed at many hotels in Ocean City MD but this one takes the cake for nasty and dirty. Sad part...

"I booked an ocean front room and the view did not disappoint. The check in and staff were amazing throughout my 3 night stay. The beds were clean and comfortable, the wifi worked well and the in room coffee and small kitchen were nice. The hotel room ceiling and bath fixtures are in need of updates. The atrium area makes for a noisy experience with children playing in the pool. Ask for a room that does not have an adjoining door if you don't want to hear your neighbors. Overall I enjoyed my...
