"I didn't like that the television was located facing a bed but not both of them. I couldn't adjust the television sound on the remote or switch the channels from the bed closest to the bathroom. The breakfast delivery bag was great."

"I am not one to exaggerate for reviews, so believe me when I tell you this resort was wonderful. The rooms were super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. We had a suite and the kitchen was spotless. We had a side view balcony and the view of the beach was still great. The deck restaurant (forgot name) has a nice bar, tables, with palm trees for the island feel. The pool is large compared to other hotels/resorts. Outside tables and the firepit was nice. "We loved our stay at Fenwick Shores. It’s a nice quiet hotel and is within minutes of Ocean City. I felt extremely safe because you have to use your keycard to even use the elevators. Parking is on site, all the staff was friendly, and the room was clean! The ONLY complaint & it’s a really dumb one was the wifi was weak & phone service is bad. I think because I have kids & my grandmother is extremely sick it irritated me. Other than that we had an amazing time & will be back soon."

Their hotel front desk called our room in the middle of the night and woke us up from a dead sleep … it seems they made a mistake. When I complained, they said a manager would contact me - and no one ever did. I brought it up again at checkout and there was no remorse.
