"The beds were comfy. The dining are is well designed and the waffles were yummy. You do need to get to breakfast early. The pool was fun. Having a fridge and microwave is very convenient. The location is great. Parking was simple. The staff were attentive and friendly. The pool area would be next level with the addition of a few palm plants. Overall we were happy with our stay."

"Everything was absolutely amazing except for the gentleman who I guess was supposed to be the lifeguard. "Hotel was decent for a family trip side ocean view double bed room with kitchenette staff was very helpful housekeeping checked on us every day for trash or towels check in was smooth and check out even smoother great location good breakfast lunch and dinner spots right at your front door..only downfall was bed was kind of wonky/small and door made horrible scraping noise every time opened/closed"

" On June 22, 2026 i Barbara Barrett Harris and husband rented a hotel stay at the Majestic at ocean city Md our complaint are as follows: First they tried to give me the wrong room this room you barely could walk around between the bed and wall we expained that i use a walker that why i payed for the larger room. Next the laundry the towel were hung up with yellow and green chemical stain another towel to replace the chemical stain towel had several dirty stain on it. The refrige did not work...

"The room was clean and parking was great. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with them being short-staffed during our stay so we had difficulty securing bedding for the pull out couch as well as enough towels and wash cloths for our large party. "The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and very thoughtful and caring with my kids. Actually reopened the pool for 30 min so they could swim later in the evening. Fast check in and fast check out. Anything needed was promptly supplied or taken care."
