"Shaniya Wallace, Front Desk Manager, was wonderful! Shaniya provided excellent above and beyond customer service. We had an issue with our room and she helped us move to another room that was a significant improvement over our room. She handled the issue with professionalism. Shaniya also assisted me with getting WiFi in our new room. I highly recommend Comfort Inn and Suites because of Shaniya."

"I booked this hotel based on the “excellent” rating on Expedia. The hotel was very clean and convenient, but it’s an older hotel with the exterior entry (no indoor corridors), so it was noisier with all the other guests coming and going during the evening. I would rate it in the “good” category."

"I've stayed in Hampton Inns in many different locations and always been happy. This by far was among the worst. The check-in was miserable. The lady at the front counter was drunk or high - completely confused and took 20 minutes to check in. The air conditioner / heater in the room was very noisy and kept waking me up all through the night. We go to Glenwood quite often but in the future we'll go back to one of the other hotels that we've stayed at and enjoyed in the past."

"This was an amazing hotel with a rich history. Very well maintained and lots of information about it's history and former residents. Staff was friendly and helpful.
It was disappointing to pay for parking. We were also disappointed that there were no Hot Springs, pool or hot tub on the property. Maybe a discount could be offered to use the Hot Springs located nearby."
