"Booked via Expedia. However after travelling across the world, the Hotel said they do not have my reservation and that Expedia reservations are invalid despite me showing the receipt. I had to pay again just to have a bed in a dorm instead of my reserved twin room. Staff were rude and dismissive. Unacceptable and disappointing."

"Located less than 50 meters from the beach. Our room was 116 which was was steps away from the pool. The pool was surprisingly warm compared to other locations we stayed at. The pool is shallow at both ends but about 1.75 meters at the middle. There is a steep angle that can be slippery. The pool is excellent for children but make sure to keep an eye on them.
