First, the staff is very nice. But more importantly, the food is awesome!!! Aside from those 2 things, it’s really a stay at Grandma’s condo. Every surface has a scratch, a chip or rust mark. This hotel was last renovated in 2011 and it’s quite clear, no investment has been made since then. My rate was $100 USD a night for a $68 value. Again, the food was great! But it’s very motel-ish. A couple of cans of paint wouldn’t hurt. Also, if you are there for Shabbat, be prepared for unruly children running about the facility with little to no oversight. It can get a little loud, chaotic and even messy.

A bit isolated, but walking distance to Marina that is full of life, bars & restaurants. Needs to be renovated, but the view of the sea from the balcony is wonderful! Too expensive to eat in their restaurant.

В целом отель неплохой. Плюсы - хорошие номера, каждодневная уборка, очень вкусные завтраки и ужины. Минусы - очень редко были русскоговорящие на ресепшене, большие перебои с Wi-Fi, старая мебель в номерах, рядом нет ни магазинов, ни кафе.

Un lieu magnifique mais à moitié délabré

C’est la troisième fois que je séjourne dans cet hotel et j’ai été malheureusement déçue de l’accueil. On m’a donné une chambre au 4 eme etage non rénovée autant vous dire que l’etat général était déplorable. Petit balcon, mini bar qui ne fonctionnait pas, parquet complètement délabré odeur desagreable et de moisi due peut-être à la climatisation ... J’ai demandé à changer de chambre et on m’a expliqué que seuls les derniers étages ont subi une rénovation ( 6/7/8 eme etages) Je n’ai pas compris pourquoi on ne m’a pas de suite donné à mon arrivée une de ces chambres alors que l’hôtel était au moins à moitié vide. Sinon rien à redire pour le lieu, la piscine. L’accueil est à revoir... Dommage!

השירות הפעם לא היה הכי טוב. כשמחייגים לקבלה אף אחד לא עונה וכשיורדים לדבר איתם הם חסרי סבלנות (לא כולם). החדר היה בלוי והיה די מגעיל לגעת בברז באמבטיה. בנוסף, החימום בחדר לא עבד. ארוחת הבוקר היתה מצויינת.

Hotel sphérique et sympathique ayant une âme.

L'hotel composé de deux demi-sphères a une forme originale. Accueil très sympathique et professionnel. Beau jardin et belle piscine mais fermant un peu tôt comme souvent en Israël, à 18 heures quand le maitre nageur débauche. Certaines chambres ont un peu vieilli. On peut accéder à des plages sauvages et peu fréquentées à quelques centaines de mètres. La ville d'Ashkelon a une âme et cet hotel aussi. Je recommande.

Le séjour a été gâché par la réception antipathique, très méfiants et non professionnels Je voulais rester encore 3 autres jours, la réceptionniste Yaël est une femme à qui ne pas faire confiance, on avait convenu un prix vers la fin elle désiste en croyant qu’elle allait le faire pression, j’ai quitté pour ynauntre hôtel, de plus elle voulait le voler la TVA en le disant soit disant je n’avais pas dde visa que j’avais donné dès mon entrée, elle m’a remboursé mais elle a essayé de voler Petit déjeuner bon Accueil 0 De plus j’ai eu ma chambre avec une heure de retard à 16h19 au lieu de 15h00
