"We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided."

The communication from the property management team was good, with clear guidance on entry, location etc. That’s where it starts to go wrong. "This was a lovely place to stay for business. The staff were fantastic and friendly. The food and drink were great. The only things that could be improved would be getting rid of the dirt and mould on the shower screen and bath edge and changing the shower/bath mixer for a better quality one to control the shower temperature without fluctuation. As the venue attracts a lot of working travellers why not offer an earlier breakfast at 0700 or even 0630. More people might take it up then."

"Hotel is an excellent location. Room was good although big black mark on the wall from the chair rubbing on it. When we went for breakfast the staff could not keep up with the cleaning of the tables and populating the tables with cutlery. Staff were very friendly and helpful."
